Day 1 of stage 2: Juice, blends, soups and broth.
I'm two days into my diet and the "food anxiety" is reducing. Although last night I was already feeling nausea, which makes me wonder if I will be able to handle the more drastic days of Lemonade Diet. I've also been having very smelly gas, but I kind of one to blame one particular meal for that!
Regardless, this part is already a positive achievement for me, so I'd better keep going.
Although, I am also worried that if I am already feeling nausea I might not be getting enough caloric intake and minerals and vitamins, although the idea is obviously to strongly reduce the amount of calories.
I think I was really overdoing my daily caloric intake, so now to be taking 1000 or less per day, is obviously going to show symptoms.

Yesterday I had a one hr strong spin session, and I managed perfectly. I only had to struggle to keep the "gas from leaking" and not make everyone around me faint!

Today I will me having smoothies and soups. I'm actually looking forward to it more than the previous stage.
Today's morning weight 116 lbs.
MAIN OBJECTIVE: DO NOT BREAK THE DIET!!
