Who knew that this stage would be so great!! I started out the morning with a regular strawberry smoothie, and for lunch had a vegetable soup that I had frozen last week.
I was a bit desperate to know that I could not eat anything solid (again I wonder if I am going to be able to go though with this Lemonade Diet nonsense!)
But then I looked up some smoothie recipes, and found some great fruit and vegetable smoothies.
I went to buy some fruits and vegetables (scared that I was going to walk out of the store with a bag of chips :$). But I stayed focused.
When I got home I made myself a blueberry/spinach/ginger smoothie (small) and then a plum/basil smoothie (small)
All that while I am boiling up some onion, carrot and celery for dinner.
THANK GOD FOR BLENDERS!
I am actually considering extending the liquid diet throughout the weekend, and start with the Lemonade Diet on Monday.
We'll see. I a actually scared of how I am going to do over the weekend, specially when I spend the day at the White Water Rapids. I can picture myself sitting with my gross juice while everyone else eats hamburgers :(

Oh, well. One day at a time.
For now, I am enjoying the juices and soups! Not bad at all.
